What You’ll Do:

• Craft and execute data-driven acquisition strategies across paid search, paid social, SEO, partnerships, and more.
• Build and lead a high-performing digital acquisition team.
• Manage budgets of £10M+ while leveraging advanced bid management software.
• Provide insights to optimise ROI and identify new growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product teams to introduce technical innovations.

 
What You’ll Bring:

• Proven leadership in scaling digital acquisition strategies for high-growth businesses.
• Expertise in biddable media, SEO, programmatic advertising, and PPC.
• Hands-on experience with bid management tools and analytics platforms.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
