Performance Marketing Lead
Location: Hybrid – 3 days a week onsite in Farnborough
 
 
Are you a commercially-minded marketing professional with a passion for optimising digital performance and driving ROI? We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Lead to join one of the UK’s leading SaaS organisations, taking charge of multi-market programmatic traffic operations and help shape a high-impact, data-driven arbitrage strategy.
 
The Role
You’ll manage and optimise traffic flow from publishers into job inventories through programmatic systems, ensuring margin targets are met and exceeded. This is a hands-on, analytical, and 80% manual role, with the goal to become closer to 30-40% manual. You will have the opportunity to influence strategy and scale performance across markets. You’ll work cross-functionally with product, engineering, sales, and analytics teams and play a critical part in the transition towards greater automation.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimise CPC traffic sources across publisher networks.
  • Adjust bids, budgets, and segmentations daily to maximise ROI and margin.
  • Line manage a small but growing marketing team
  • Collaborate on strategic initiatives to expand arbitrage operations.
  • Identify and develop new programmatic or partnership opportunities.
  • Work with internal teams to shape integrations and automation tools.
 
About You
  • Solid background in performance marketing, programmatic media buying, ad tech.
  • Strong commercial mindset with experience managing large-scale CPC budgets.
  • Data-led, with a proven track record of improving ROI and profit margins.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with high autonomy.
  • Experience with feeds, ad tech platforms, or job board ecosystems is a plus.

In return, you’ll receive a competitive salary of between £60,000 - £70,000 (DOE) plus a generous benefits package including an increased Pension.
